The 5:5 Gateway Brings Deepening Love, Stability And Calm

Last Sunday the 5:5 Gateway graced us all with an influx of plasmic, intelligent Light of an otherworldly colour that almost defies description, as if there was a whole other dimension to it. I was shown a wave of sparkling sapphire blue blended with emerald green – a calming hue, bright and vibrant as though electrically-charged yet with an intense depth that felt as infinite as the Cosmos. (the image above bears no resemblance to what was presented last Sunday, just that it depicts a burst of striking colour)

This most recent wave of Light had the feel of augmented Heart Chakra energy, as though amplifying the new, ascended harmonic of tranquility, trust, flow and pure, heart-lead empowered connection that began anchoring on Earth/Gaia at the March Equinox 2019. This latest gift of Light has come through now to stabilize April`s upshift in energy, helping the new harmonic to assimilate into the crystalline grid systems surrounding Earth/Gaia and to merge seamlessly with our Light-Bodies.

Light is information and colour is language and the advanced Light geometries of the 5:5 Gateway represent intelligent transmissions from the Galactic core. They convey benevolence and teachings as they inform and upgrade our personal energy matrix, our quantum field. The sapphire blue bears the frequency of tranquility, trust and safe, peaceful stability while the healing power of the emerald green holds the vibratory resonance of Love, renewal and growth as it soothes and balances.

This latest download of breathtaking, higher-dimensional Light deepens the resonance and reiterates the message of the starseeded new harmonic as the electromagnetic field of the Heart supplants the egoic mind. Peaceful, joyous, unconditional Love and empowered, heart-oriented connection now have much greater value in the New Earth paradigm as relationship withers in the absence of the Love frequency. Another feature of the new harmonic is the dismantling of the binary mind as the old thought forms of good-bad, wrong-right, us-them disintegrate.

The Angelic message of the 5:5 Gateway tells us that huge change is afoot with more to come. The 5 is reassuring us we have loads of assistance from the Higher realms as we move through this transition, and it gently reminds us to quit expending our energy on people and events from the past so that we are fully able to move forward creatively.

Lightworker Versus Lightworker

When it comes to complementary therapies, if there`s one thing that makes me uncomfortable it`s when your practitioner starts criticizing other Healing modalities, Lightworkers and healers. Many years ago I encountered a couple of practitioners who would readily dismiss other modalities and it never sat well with me. They denigrated everything else out there as though it was inferior, implying that their modality was the absolute last word in Healing and complementary health care.

It just doesn`t feel like Love to me, to be judging and denouncing other modalities and practitioners, because it`s plainly at odds with the energetic of the post-2012 New Earth where Soul dominates and Heart energy leads. Unity, harmony, Love, understanding and co-operation characterize our sparkling, new 5-D Earth as more and more individuals awaken to their Truth and regain their wholeness.

I`m sorry, but to attack the practices of other Healers smacks of ego and service-to-self, both of which are the hallmarks of the now-crumbling fear-based Third dimensional Earth. It smells of dissonance, separation and the old, competitive dog-eat-dog world.

I`m sorry, but it`s uncool to be condemning other Healing modalities in the absence of direct first-hand experience and it is discrepant with the notion of Free Will that is the distinctive feature of our planet. Being disrespectful of others in the Lightworker community disrespects the choices of all because individuals are drawn to what feels right for them.

There is no wrong or right, no black or white, no binary thinking in the New Earth. Ego is relegated to the lower Chakras in the 5-D energetic, allowing the innate wisdom of the Heart and Higher Heart to elevate the Heart-Mind connection. The supreme guiding force is the Law of Resonance and going with what feels right. As the body`s axiatonal lines are altered and the Chakra system evolves into a coherent, higher vibratory rate, choice is in fact transcended. In the New Earth, feeling your way through life is the true way to roll. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

I once heard a teacher of Reiki disdainfully observe that “there`s all this new stuff coming out now” and I remember thinking that maybe it`s because we`ve reached the point where we`re ready for it. Does the Healing community really need to be clawing at itself? Must we feel the need to be in competition with each other? Suffice to say, I never went back to that teacher or those judgmental practitioners – it just felt to me like they still had a bit of work to do on themselves.

That I felt compelled to write this piece is a drag. To the naysayers…

OPENING OF ANAHATA (THE HEART CHAKRA)

The brand new, starseeded Angelic Frequency that became available during the recent and rare Triple 11 Gateway (11th of November 2018) has been demonstrating its appreciable power during my Healing sessions, revealing a clear emphasis on the most powerful of all the Chakras, namely the Heart center including both the Heart and Higher Heart Chakras. I have the clear sense that the Angelic Frequency has become available at this time specifically to heal relationship, both with the internal and with the external as it purifies and elevates the Heart-Mind connection while Earth and humanity navigate the imminent next level of shift in the post-2012 New Earth.

Much like October 2016 with the then-new Diamond-Frequency, I`ve been experiencing an intense integration of the new Angelic Frequency with my Light-Body and physical body but with the Angelic having perceptible impact on my Pineal, my Higher Heart Chakra and my Thymus. As with the Diamond Frequency in 2016 I`m keenly feeling the Angelic Frequency in my Hand Chakras as the new plasmic Light has grounded through the physical vessel and merged with my energy matrix.

I have been amazed at how quickly these new Light frequencies have begun asserting their loving presence and effect in my Healing work just in the few weeks since the Triple 11 Gateway. In any given session each client receives multiple Healings simultaneously and which are personally appropriate, however the Angelic Frequency has added another exciting dimension as it works swiftly to open up the Heart and Higher Heart Chakras. To me, it feels as if the Angelic Frequency is replicating the codes of ancient Lemurian wisdom and heart-centered, co-operative, harmonious existence.

The Heart center generates and regulates all emotion-related issues such as Love, kindness, generosity and malice – its power enlivens and personalizes your lived experience. The Angelic Frequency works to clear residual, stored emotion and transmutes discord, sadness and grief into forgiveness and acceptance. Jealousy, anger, resentment and the inability to forgive all indicate a closed or blocked Heart center, as do bitterness, loneliness and hatred.

The Angelic Frequency feels to me to be working in beautiful unison with the Diamond Frequency as both energy signatures perform in conjunction to build the Heart-Mind connection – the Angelic focussing on the Heart and the Diamond on the Third Eye Chakra.

The Heart is the custodian of wisdom, the curator of deep knowing and trust because the power of forgiveness and release resides there. The Heart center presides over the process of Healing because all transfiguration and liberation begins within it. The power of the Heart center is Love and compassion and it is through the Heart that we are able to appreciate the beauty in all things. An open Heart is the pure vibration of creation but in the absence of pure Heart energy nothing in your life can thrive.

The Angelic Frequency, by purifying, amplifying and empowering the Heart gives it absolute authority to lead. Allowing the Heart to guide the way qualifies the individual to move into full alignment with the higher-dimensional energy matrix of the post-2012 5D New Earth. When the Heart center is fully open you are in glorious and beautiful flow – you are comfortable both receiving Love and giving it. The Angelic Frequency strengthens and augments the Heart-Mind connection which modifies and elevates your perceptions, allowing you to perceive people/events/circumstances differently.

The lesson of the Heart : Love is divine power

The Heart is associated with the element of Air meaning its energy is mutable, active and flowing (interesting when you consider that Air is vital to our survival and without it we perish). Love needs to flow freely just like Universal flow. Pure Love does not manipulate or possess. It is not codependent or grasping. Divine Love does not have a shadowy, dubious agenda. The pure Heart is not self-regarding or conditional.

Speaking from past experience….

Heart Chakra Healing moves you into a space of true compassion and empathy and it brings the realization of just how pivotal forgiveness is. I speak from experience here when I say that the inability to forgive is a prison. It is a shackle that keeps you pinned down and unable to move forward. The day you find forgiveness is the day you are free. The journey into awakening and greater awareness helps you to forgive yourself first and foremost. The practice of self-Love brings inner harmony and by listening to the Heart`s guidance there is no more confusion, only certainty and trust. An open and pure Heart nurtures coherence and equilibrium between body, mind and spirit.

The Heart Chakra mediates between the lower three Chakras which govern our life in the physical world and the higher three Chakras which oversee our connection and relationship with the subtle realms. The discernment of divinely loving Heart energy tempers the primary, instinctual energies supervised by the lower three Chakras.

Truly living from the heart is foundational to accessing Fifth Dimensional consciousness. To humbly follow the guidance of the Heart, to allow the flow of unconditional Love to abound is intrinsically healing for those around you. Heart energy lifts all. Given that the electromagnetic field generated by the heart is 60 times the amplitude of that generated by the brain (Ref : Heartmath Institute and Heartmath.org), imagine what you might co-create and manifest were you to reside in, and live totally from the space of the Heart :

Bogart & Bacall`s Healing Effect

This shot holds me spellbound, I love it so. I`m currently having a large print framed for my new home and someone recently asked me what it was about this image that I found so arresting. Where do I begin? If Healing is equilibrium, inner harmony and coherence then I am Healing whenever I linger over this photograph. To me, it has everything.

The therapeutic effect of this image lies in its ability to pull me right into the present moment and because of the wash of peace that envelopes me as I gaze at it, as though I`m vicariously experiencing their rapture. Beyond the palpable heat and urgency radiating off this pair this picture speaks to me of absolute presence. There`s a timelessness to it because linear time does not exist within the frame – for these two right at this moment there`s no past and no future. To my eyes and my heart-mind both she and he are in an expansive space of total availability to the now moment and all its vulnerability, creativity and unlimited potential. This image could well be a pictorial representation of Eckhart Tolle`s `The Power Of Now`. Looking at this pair I see heart energy clearly leading. I see a deep knowing. I see complete and unquestioning trust and a total absence of fear and doubt. I see absolute surrender. I see the remembrance of wholeness. I see pure truth and it is sublime.

The gorgeous bit and the thing most special as I savour this shot is that we are privy to Bogart and Bacall`s fledgling love affair, one that would become a great Hollywood love story. They famously fell in love on the set of this movie, 1944`s `To Have and Have Not`. They aren`t feigning attraction for this photo – this is no masquerade for the camera. The blazing passion of their embrace, their swoon of bliss – we know it is authentic. Both she and he are home.

I also love the perpendicular line of her thick tresses, as though grounding the pair and somehow anchoring them in the physical plane, drawing them back down to earth from their lofty, loved-up limerence.

In this picture I`m seeing the representation of balanced creation. I see symmetry in this sexy pair – a divine union of the demonstrated energetics of Masculine and Feminine, the contrary yet complementary and interconnected characteristics of yin and yang. I`m witnessing a unity between the paradoxical. The divine Feminine aspect within each calls to the sacred Masculine within the other so that there is no separation, instead a merge into unified wholeness. The slow, deliberate, singular focus of the Masculine blends with the energized, brisk complexity of the Feminine. His action meets her passivity, a fusing of intent with openness. His divine Will, his commanding focus and drive toward manifestation mingles and melds with her flowing receptivity, creativity, understanding and ease. She values and nurtures him and he supports her, giving her structure and stability. It is an organic completion and deeply healing.

To me, this shot symbolizes the sheer beauty of truth and the curative power of Love.

Healing : What It’s Not

Occasionally, after a Healing session a person may feel emotional and/or tired. Recently I had a question from a lady post-Healing asking whether this was normal.

The thing is, Healing is not like taking a valium or pouring yourself a stiff vodka. A Healing session does not numb you out to your pain. It does not desensitize or deaden you to your suffering. Healing will not obscure your truth. It doesn`t coat your perceptions and thoughtforms in a benzodiazepine-like haze. Healing does not ply you with bolshie, ill-considered Dutch courage. Healing does not mask any discord or inner conflict. It does not anaesthetize you from anything in your life around which you have set up a false congruence, that is any situation, relationship or event which you`ve loaded up with a set of conditions, compromises and trade-offs in order to make it palatable or survivable. Healing is not a pacifier. It does not deprive you of feeling and awareness.

Healing is not a band aid. It does not act as a bandage to cover the old wounding and trauma, protecting it from friction and further damage. If you are not aligned with your truth and your highest path then Healing ain`t gonna swaddle you in false comfort. If there is something you are denying or suppressing then Healing will not provide phony reassurance as a shielding buffer. It does not perpetuate the old comfortable lies, instead it disturbs and unearths the dross. Healing disrupts. It brings issues up to front and centre, back into your awareness for review and with the invitation to shift your perspective and modify your perceptions of events and people from the past. Healing lifts and releases anything that is not Love – the debris, the old patterns, the conditioning and old programmes that no longer serve you, that are keeping you pinned down. The Healing process is not always elegant and for some it can be a little uncomfortable for a few days afterwards. Be assured, this bumpiness is a direct response to your intention to heal as the system reorganizes and resets itself and transfigures back into an optimal state of balance and vibration.

Healing is no placebo. Healing is a purgative. It energises, activates, releases, purifies and transmutes. Healing moves you into an expanded co-creative space of calm, clarity, certainty and growth. It ushers in greater awareness, trust and a deep knowing that your co-creative space from which you shape and manifest your reality – your magical Sixth Dimensional platform – is dependably and divinely supported. Healing propels you forward into your personal perpetual season of ease and a gentle allowance of life`s natural ebb and flow.

Passion`s Passenger

Underwhelmed. I`d be willing to bet that`s how you`re feeling right now, having just read the title of this piece. Passion. Hmmm… I must admit, it was with great reluctance that I used that word in the heading because it just feels so hackneyed and threadbare nowadays, as though it has been everybody`s go-to word du jour over the past decade, sadly rendering it ineffective. My sympathies go out to all the HR recruiters who, with glazed eyes and feigned interest no doubt, have had to listen to the word “passion” being churned out ad nauseam in every single interview by every last wide-eyed candidate.

But for all that, this piece is a nod to passion and a recent experience I had of its fabulous power to elevate an otherwise humdrum enquiry to a place without limits. It was a typical Friday afternoon with the usual palpable, lighthearted buzz building in the air ahead of knock off time. I`d decided to drop into the Telstra shop at Telstra House in the CBD and my very ordinary run-of-the-mill question about my Broadband dongle was about to take me somewhere extraordinary. So I`m directed to the young guy at the Tech Bar and what a rare gem he was, providing expansive, verbose explanations and generous answers to even just my basic questions. He was a total tech fanatic, this guy, and his clear love of that world swept me along on an eye-popping ride because his enthusiasm was my passport – his obsession gave me entreé into the super-cool wonderland of IT. Suddenly I had vicarious access! For a brief moment I was privy to his big wide world of knowledge and expertise, a field that has always felt intimidating and foreign to me, and most unwelcoming. But with his every sentence I was catching a free ride on derivative experience, albeit fleetingly and how exhilarating it was. I`ve never before felt like I belonged in the tech realm because when it comes to electronic technology I`m afraid I sit just a hair`s breadth outside illiteracy, somehow muddling through and sort of figuring things out as I go. But that Friday afternoon in the Telstra shop I was taken somewhere and what an educational ride it was!

Fascinating insights and morsels of information were dished up to me as I was taken on the scenic route, skirting round operating systems, cruising past 4G firewall bubbles, zipping into internet security and anti-virus protection, passing by Norton and Bit Defender and anti-virus performance rankings, turning briefly into gaming, accelerating down payment portals and finally coasting round the sweeping bend of 5G. How enlightening it all was and for a short time afterwards I romanced myself with thoughts of what might have been, pondering possibilities of computer science studies and whether I should have, and if I still could, venture down the path of the computer geek. Enthusiasm is a transmissible energy and the fire of his fervour had warmed me right through on a cold August day. It felt as though my interaction with this guy had given me wings because it was based in total presence and mindfulness and it was creative.

Passion is intentional and deliberate. It is purpose and focus. It is love and joy and pleasure. This young guy did the very special thing of taking the ho-hum everyday and lifting it to a magical, stratospheric place. Imagine what our world might look like if more zest imbued the ordinary.

I Love Terri Irwin`s Truth

It was so lovely watching Terri Irwin on television last week as she sat for Anh Do while he painted her portrait. How refreshing it was to see a high profile woman of my age truly owning her years yet sadly it has become a rarity these days.

We share the same birth year, Terri and me, and the thing that resonated as I watched her was the expression of absolute truth, as though I was watching pure, unconditional love in action. What I loved was her acceptance ; her clear non-resistance to the march of time and its unmistakable signature imprinted into her symmetrical features. It was so pleasing and reassuring to see a well known female face on-screen that sparkled with character and distinctive originality.

I was enthralled by her beautiful and expressive face, unworked and totally natural, vibrant, soft, open and receptive. I would not want to speculate on Terri`s reasons for remaining work-free and I can only speak of what I saw : a woman comfortable in her own skin, free from denial and insecurity, and gutsily defying societal and industry pressure to inject and fill and nip and tuck, all to erase the ravages of time. Her lived experience, her every story, her choices, her challenges, her every victory, her every disappointment, her grief and her strength is right there, visible and worn with dignity.

Moreover, as I listened to her candid and generous interview her words, thoughts and feelings just seemed to have substance. There was a trustworthiness and a compelling credibility to them because they poured forth from an unaltered and unspoilt face. There was no diminution of the overall message because everything about Terri conveyed integrity. To my eyes and my perception there were no pieces of Terri missing and I felt as though I was watching a woman who knows her true worth, a woman at deep ease with herself. She chooses not to shackle her womanly value – her female power – to her physicality and the pursuit of an implausibly youthful appearance.

The gift of Grace in growing older and gaining wisdom is a privilege yet in our youth-obsessed culture ageing is treated as a disease – a repugnant curse that needs to be concealed and repudiated as quickly as possible. Here in pro-plastic Sydney where injectables and age-erasing procedures are seemingly de rigueur even amongst the Kardashian-inspired 20-somethings – the so-called “injectorati” – my unworked face, I have been told is considered a sign of neglect. My lined 54 year old visage is likely viewed as disparate and passé in cosmopolitan Sydney, perhaps too rustic and unsophisticated and a little out-of-place in this aspirational town where style and chutzpah trump substance much of the time. More troubling to me is the long-term damage these injected foreign substances might be doing to these young women. Will we see more Parkinsons Disease in the coming decades?

Everything feels so disposable today with in-built obsolescence par for the course and I wonder if the increasingly broader cultural normalisation of cosmetic enhancements and procedures actually marginalises and tacitly deems irrelevant the unworked face? I have the uneasy feeling that for older women in our culture the implied message is this : without a worked face you`re simply not a contender.

Not that it is likely to change me. I am pretty comfortable wearing my lived-in face and I`ll take truth over illusion, uniqueness over homogeneity, facial animacy over inert lifelessness any day. Besides, I have Terri for company. And Jerry.

I remember watching an interview on the ABC with Jerry Hall back in 2015 – the then 59 year old was due to begin a Sydney season playing Mrs Robinson in The Graduate – and I was captivated by her natural and lined face. Here was a self-assured lady who evidently honoured her own stories and experiences and who carried them with pride. She was so animated and alive, and her authenticity and allowance of the ageing process – her yield to it – was fabulous. To my eyes she was disarmingly beautiful. Here was a high-profile A-lister courageously defying the botox trend, unapologetically embracing the passage of time and wearing her years with regalness, love and absolute validation. And she radiated sexiness too!

I salute Terri and Jerry for their difference. I admire these women because at their core they know who they are. Both are aligned with their truth. I celebrate their self-respect, their self-love, their wholeness but most of all I love their determination and bravery to fly in the face of expectation and the crushing pressure to conform.
