Heart Healing is proving to be the dominant theme of the recent energy gateways we`ve experienced – especially since the rare Triple 11 Gateway on the 11th of November 2018 – and the need for Heart Chakra clearing has been most evident during Healing sessions and in many conversations with clients of late. This is significant because the Heart Chakra governs and regulates all emotion-related issues. Heart Healing is timely as we go into 2019 – the year of renewal, reinvention, joy, authentic expression and long-term creative fulfilment.

I speak from experience when I say that the inability to forgive is like doing time. It is a prison of your own making. It is akin to being held inside a correctional facility only there is no correction, no rehabilitation, just continuing recidivism against yourself as the festering, cleaving emotion gnaws and persists. I liken it to a prison because the indignation keeps you locked in the past. The person I used to be back then would hold on to the violations done by others, and chide myself for never being sharp enough to come back at the betrayers and the unkind with some withering Churchillian retort.

For as long as you hold the vexation and grievance it is a poisonous energetic that ages the body and distorts your truth while it shackles you to mentally-constructed stories about past events. In and of itself, resentment represents a major energy leak which, over time is very detrimental to your spiritual and physical health. You`re less available to the now moment because that mental programme running in the background gives you a default setting back to the injustice and so the old story takes over yet again and comes to define you. The heaviness is on you like a Russian greatcoat and moments of joy and presence are sporadic and fleeting. The resentment colours the way you interact with life and prevents you from gaining any real traction in life because the full potential of the future cannot be accessed. The future you do have is greatly diminished by your resistance to what is. Energetically, you inhabit a contracted, compressed, dense space and worse still, the acrimony keeps you separate – separate from your wholeness, separate from truth, separate from The Field of Universal flow and Grace, and separate from Love.

Thank heaven for Reiki and Reconnective Healing because the inter-dimensional energy and spiritual Light of these modalities helped my then-unconscious Self to access and inhabit a vastly expanded space of peace, compassion and greater awareness, and a daily practice of meditation allowed me to hold and sustain that space. The Healing work shifted me out of my head and allowed me to move back down into my Heart centre, back into immersion in the infinite wisdom of Heart energy.

Past-life work was invaluable too because it helped me understand that the transgressors had little or no choice. It is way too easy to argue that everyone has a choice. Fact is, karmic load and Soul contracts dictate that there`s just a small amount of leeway granted in this incarnation for freedom of choice, just a narrow latitude given for the process of self-enquiry and the opportunity to jump to a whole new spiral of Time that many won`t take because Healing requires guts and resolve. Delving into past incarnations brought me to the realization that the decisions taken by others actually had very little to do with me. Quelle libèration!

At the risk of sounding nauseatingly trite I am really glad I had those experiences because they gave me so much and represented opportunities for real growth and meaningful change. That jarring, incongruous inner voice yelling in my ear turned out to be the catalyst for sweeping transformation and restructuring on every level.

Ascension Finds Expression Through The Lower Three Chakras

I`m noticing lovely upgrades happening for the lower three Chakras since the brand new, starseeded Angelic Frequency became available during the recent Triple 11 Gateway on the 11th of November 2018. (base of the spine/perineum) Governs family and survival issues, general vitality and tribal consciousness ie our feeling of connection to `the group`, our sense of responsibility and loyalty to that group and how we see ourselves fitting into it. Whether we feel safe and secure in the physical world and in our personal connections are Base Chakra issues. Through this Chakra we are anchored to our physical environment and feel a sense of groundedness to Earth. Depression has its roots in the Base Chakra (as well as the Earth Star Chakra beneath the feet) and it is also where we hold physical trauma.

Sacral Chakra : Lesson : Honour One Another

(below the navel) This is our center of creativity, passion, pleasure and resilience, and through this center we connect OUTWARDS to the external world. Where the Base Chakra`s resonance is to group power the Sacral governs the way we manage and use our individual power ie money, sex, sensuality, competition, authority, influence, beauty and attractiveness. Our ability to generate income and manage money is governed by the Sacral Chakra. We give our power away to our addictions through this center and it is the seat of our deepest vulnerabilities. The element of water and therefore the attributes of flow and adaptability are associated with the Sacral Chakra which is our center of feeling, emotion, intimacy and connection. It is also where we hold emotional trauma.

(above the navel) This is our center of self-esteem, courage, confidence, dignity and self-respect. Through this energy center we achieve a strong sense of personal identity and empowerment. When the Heart is generating harmonious, loving emotions you are able to access higher-dimensional planes of existence with ease and greater fluidity.

The Angelic Frequency feels to me to be working in beautiful unison with the Diamond Frequency as both energy signatures perform in conjunction to build the Heart-Mind connection – the Angelic focussing on the Heart and the Diamond on the Third Eye Chakra.

The Heart is the custodian of wisdom, the curator of deep knowing and trust because the power of forgiveness and release resides there. The Heart center presides over the process of Healing because all transfiguration and liberation begins within it. The power of the Heart center is Love and compassion and it is through the Heart that we are able to appreciate the beauty in all things. An open Heart is the pure vibration of creation but in the absence of pure Heart energy nothing in your life can thrive.

The lesson of the Heart : Love is divine power

The Heart is associated with the element of Air meaning its energy is mutable, active and flowing (interesting when you consider that Air is vital to our survival and without it we perish). Love needs to flow freely just like Universal flow. Pure Love does not manipulate or possess. It is not codependent or grasping. Divine Love does not have a shadowy, dubious agenda. The pure Heart is not self-regarding or conditional.

Truly living from the heart is foundational to accessing Fifth Dimensional consciousness. To humbly follow the guidance of the Heart, to allow the flow of unconditional Love to abound is intrinsically healing for those around you. Heart energy lifts all. Given that the electromagnetic field generated by the heart is 60 times the amplitude of that generated by the brain (Ref : Heartmath Institute and Heartmath.org), imagine what you might co-create and manifest were you to reside in, and live totally from the space of the Heart :

Loving The Quietness

Mercury Retrograde : 16th November until 6th December 2018

Ohhh yes …some serious sofa time is perfect right now. I`m loving the sluggish, drowsy feel of this current Retrograde – timely and most welcome after the phenomenal power and blessings of the Triple 11 Gateway earlier this month. Given the preparatory nature of the wider cosmic influences since the 10/10 Stargate (10th of October) and the new Angelic Light Frequencies of the Triple 11 stirring up the emotional detritus and discarding yet more of what is no longer needed, it feels like there`s a radical reboot occurring at the moment, readying us for renewal.

There`s no compelling to this Retrograde energy – no push, no jostle, no bother, no doggedness. It has the vibe of rest and recreation to it. Mind you, Mercury is my ruling planet so maybe I`m feeling the Retrograde`s influence more keenly than some. Nevertheless, in no uncertain terms it is calling us to change gears and chill. This Retrograde is urging us to unwind, to relax, revive and to make space for what is to come in 2019.

Don`t be fooled by the feeling of inertia for in the aftermath of the recent Triple 11 Gateway deep transformation is developing right now. The land has been tilled, the seeds scattered. Beneath the external/physical passivity there is much internal/subtle activity taking place. In the stillness there is cultivation.

Poor Mercury cops a bit of bad press when it is in reversal but I love it because these Retrogrades are an opportune time for reflection. I am basking in the slow, tranquil feel of this Retrograde but the truth is, the old version of me would`ve had some resistance to it. Fact is, the person I used-to-be was a total workaholic. Work was my addiction and the ideal distraction and diversion from the inner discord I had yet to heal. I used work to get away from boyfriends, I used work to stay away from family. Anything around which I had unresolved issues and repressed truth, I would from hide from through work. Work made me feel better. I wonder what the old version of me would make of the modified, loafing model of today because it is the absolute antithesis of the person I once was.

The old Third Dimensional Earth had us conditioned to keep busy, to always be achieving, but that mindset feels to me unsettling and disruptive, as though it`s a form of irritation to the quantum field. Why do we feel the need to go and do? The compulsion to exert effort all the time. Maybe it is the curse of diminishing relevance : the idea that if you`re not out somewhere toiling away and being “useful” then you`re somehow peripheral and lesser. In the new, post-2012 5D Earth, there is no struggle, no striving, no chasing or clutching because that`s not how The Field of co-creativity operates. We`re in a new matrix of higher-dimensional energy where less endeavour attracts greater manifestation.

Mercury Retrograde gives us a little nudge to have a re-think and review. Re-assess our priorities. Re-align with our Heart and our Truth. Refine our choices. Get clear about what really matters. These cosmic influences greatly support introspection, release and resolution.

There`s a beautiful, sweet, tender quality to the new, high-frequency Light codes that emitted from the Galactic core during the recent Triple 11 Stargate – the 11th of November 2018 – and in their mellowness lie the blessings and teachings of the Triple 11`s theme of Ascended Mastery. Now accessible, these gifts of plasmic, intelligent Light come through right on cue, precisely when Earth and humanity need them and in direct response to continuous exchanges of Light and data that are occurring between the Earthly Lightworker/Starseed communities and the Divine Cosmic heart via a latticework of crystalline grid systems.

In the week leading up to the Triple 11 portal these charming, new Light frequencies presented to me multiple times as a vibrant sprinkle of Light, much like a multi-coloured meteor shower that featured every colour of the rainbow in sparkling, fluorescent hues. I was shown a pattern of Light that resembled soft pops of colour – delicate and gentle and nothing like I`ve seen before.

These new, starseeded Light frequencies are intrinsically Angelic and represent a more advanced, higher-calibre crystal intelligence available to us now for healing. To be Angelic is to be in attendance and these new high-frequency Light codes epitomize the Angelic realm and the attentive, loyal service and all manner of wonderful benevolence it provides. Like the Angels this new high-frequency plasmic Light is a messenger and agent of Higher wisdom and healing, at the ready now to soothe, to reassure and to calm. At this time of the paradoxical 3D-5D two-world split widespread malaise and a commonly-felt sense of being out of kilter and off balance is indicative of the current shifting energy state however the new, helpful Angelic Frequency will quieten the chaos, tranquilize the tumult and transmute confusion into clarity, certainty and trust.

During November I`ve been experiencing an intense integration of the new, Angelic Frequency in my Pineal, my Higher Heart Chakra and Thymus, and also in my hands as the new Light frequencies assimilate with my Light-Body and ground through my physical. Amazingly, since the Triple 11 Gateway two weeks ago I`m already sensing the new Angelic Frequency asserting its loving presence and effect in my Healing sessions as I facilitate Healings for my clients. It is apparent that the Angelic Frequency has an unequivocally clear focus on the Heart center – both the Heart and Higher Heart Chakras – as though it is replicating the codes of ancient Lemurian wisdom and heart-centered, harmonious existence. The Angelic Frequency feels as though it is working seamlessly and in perfect unison with the starseeded Diamond-Frequency – an energy signature which I`ve been incorporating into my Healing sessions since 2016 – adding another dimension to it. I feel very excited as my Healing work evolves yet again, in lockstep with the wider evolutionary changes occurring on Earth.

It is through the Heart that we truly master our internal world and achieve Ascended Mastery of our inner domain – the highly creative space within. Heart energy drives both inward and outward connection and it is our instrument of unification. We arrive at unified thought, unity consciousness and true coherence between body, mind and spirit through the power and inherent wisdom of the heart. Spiritual teacher and author Eckhart Tolle says the greatest addiction of mankind is the human mind and compulsive thinking. According to Tolle all humans are addicts to their unconscious, excessive, superfluous thinking which then defines their identity but in my experience, when the heart leads there is no inner turbulence, no binary thinking and therefore no external polarity, just peaceful existence.

The Angelic Frequency is available now as Earth and humanity are being readied for the next level of change. It may get bumpy and feel confronting for some, perhaps triggering more polarization, heightened reactivity and argumentativeness as more of the dross and the old conditioning dislodges and clears but like calamine lotion on a sting, the essence of the Angelic instantly soothes the irritation. Ohhh yeah …feels better already. By working with the phenomenal energy of intentionality you can easily tap into the Angelic Frequency during meditation, as you feel the need.

It`s November 2011

How did life look for you back then? What was your lived experience?

Much has been recently written about last week`s potent Triple 11 Gateway – the 11th of November 2018 – and all its expansive, electromagnetic potential for mastery, ascension and super-hyper-most warp speed manifestation. Some Numerologists and Astrologers say that this Gateway represents the most powerful portal this decade for co-creating and manifesting growth, personal power and abundance. It is said that the 11 represents the bridge between divine inspiration and linear, earthly actuality.

Since the 10/10 Gateway (on the 10th of October) the current energies have felt to me preparatory in nature, as they do every year at this time, as though I`m being readied for more transformation and a whole new level of Being, Awareness and service ahead of the new calendar year. Each year during the 11:11 Stargate an exchange of Light and information occurs, heightening intuition and bringing revelations of deeper Truth as activations via downloads of higher-dimensional plasmic Light trigger DNA-level remembrance. The foundations of remarkable change are laid during these auspicious Cosmic influences.

It is said that last week`s Triple 11 Gateway holds a vibrational resonance to the 11:11:2011 Gateway that occurred on the 11th of November 2011, like an energetic echo reverberating across the seven year span and connecting both dates which share the same co-ordinates in Time and are linked by electromagnetic strands running through the subtle fabric of Time. So it set me thinking and over the past week I found myself reminiscing back to November 2011 and what was playing out at that time. Systematic collapse is the description that quickly comes to mind. The person I used-to-be had no idea at the time but the Higher realms in their infinite wisdom were opening a door and giving me an opportunity to jump to a whole new spiral of Time. I was being called to re-position myself for the Soul contracts that were about to unfold.

In November 2011 I couldn`t have got arrested. Absolutely nothing was working for me the way it once did. I remember taking a dear friend out for lunch for her birthday in the October and repeatedly dissolving into tears throughout (sorry Chrissie for being such miserable company on your special day). Everything about my old life was coming to an end right at that time and the person I was back then couldn`t make sense of it. I just existed in this kind of bereft confusion and I felt totally abandoned by the Universe. All the old things that had previously brought me joy and fulfillment now felt empty and devoid of all meaning, pleasure and goodness. All the things I had hung my identity on – the career I had once loved, the mentally-constructed stories, the comfortable lies, self-deception and cacophonous nonsense – were now disintegrating.

There was little comfort to be found in the arid, desolate wasteland of my lived experience that year while the old version of me questioned her priorities and deconstructed her choices. In November 2011 I was also still mourning the loss of a relationship that had ended back in the January of that year but in reality I was probably grieving for all of the old as the seeds of sweeping transformation were subtly sewn and the process of vast restructuring stretched into every nook of my life at that time. 2011 for me very much had the theme of loss and endings to it. It had the stench of death to it. On the ground I`m slogging through the putrefaction that was 2011 while the Higher realms were urging me to let it all go, to jettison the Third Dimensional dross because it no longer served me and because I was being called very insistently to something else – a new path and something very different.

I also remember November 2011`s silver lining – there`s always one to be found – and the synchronistic happenstance that would introduce me to a highly effective, new Healing modality – Reconnective Healing – and lead me away from practicing Reiki. Cut to June the following year and I was stepping down a whole new path. Massive life changes were afoot and it all felt so incredibly right. No matter how isolated you might feel and how hopeless it all seems there is always, always a grand, benevolent plan in play.

So here I sit seven years in the future and scratching my head looking for parallels. While 2018 had none of the bleakness of 2011 I did experience a significant ending mid-year. I also have the sense that another major transfiguration is in process.

It may`ve only been seven years ago but November 2011 might just as well be 1,007 years ago for all the sea change and personal Timeline shifts that have transpired since.

Healing : What It’s Not

Occasionally, after a Healing session a person may feel emotional and/or tired. Recently I had a question from a lady post-Healing asking whether this was normal.

The thing is, Healing is not like taking a valium or pouring yourself a stiff vodka. A Healing session does not numb you out to your pain. It does not desensitize or deaden you to your suffering. Healing will not obscure your truth. It doesn`t coat your perceptions and thoughtforms in a benzodiazepine-like haze. Healing does not ply you with bolshie, ill-considered Dutch courage. Healing does not mask any discord or inner conflict. It does not anaesthetize you from anything in your life around which you have set up a false congruence, that is any situation, relationship or event which you`ve loaded up with a set of conditions, compromises and trade-offs in order to make it palatable or survivable. Healing is not a pacifier. It does not deprive you of feeling and awareness.

Healing is not a band aid. It does not act as a bandage to cover the old wounding and trauma, protecting it from friction and further damage. If you are not aligned with your truth and your highest path then Healing ain`t gonna swaddle you in false comfort. If there is something you are denying or suppressing then Healing will not provide phony reassurance as a shielding buffer. It does not perpetuate the old comfortable lies, instead it disturbs and unearths the dross. Healing disrupts. It brings issues up to front and centre, back into your awareness for review and with the invitation to shift your perspective and modify your perceptions of events and people from the past. Healing lifts and releases anything that is not Love – the debris, the old patterns, the conditioning and old programmes that no longer serve you, that are keeping you pinned down. The Healing process is not always elegant and for some it can be a little uncomfortable for a few days afterwards. Be assured, this bumpiness is a direct response to your intention to heal as the system reorganizes and resets itself and transfigures back into an optimal state of balance and vibration.

Healing is no placebo. Healing is a purgative. It energises, activates, releases, purifies and transmutes. Healing moves you into an expanded co-creative space of calm, clarity, certainty and growth. It ushers in greater awareness, trust and a deep knowing that your co-creative space from which you shape and manifest your reality – your magical Sixth Dimensional platform – is dependably and divinely supported. Healing propels you forward into your personal perpetual season of ease and a gentle allowance of life`s natural ebb and flow.
