In perfect sync with the influxes of new Light and starseeded information that emitted from the Galactic core and washed through the earthly plane during the 2:2 Aquarius Gateway (2nd of Feb), February 2020 has been noteworthy for the gorgeous work happening in the Crown Chakra. It`s fascinating because there was another upshift in Earth`s vibration in late January and coincidentally, during that week I began noticing patent, pronounced clearing and reorganization occurring in the Crown center during Healing sessions (alongside multiple other Healings taking place).

Earlier waves of Light that came through were reconstructive and they initiated release and restructuring in the Base and Sacral Chakras and more recently the Solar Plexus center. Significantly, that work paved the way for the Crown Chakra upgrade.

These Crown Chakra modifications have a distinct and sweet correlation with Aquarian energy – humanitarian, life-giving, revolutionary, innovative, collaborative, fair-minded and forward-thinking – qualities that are the hallmark of a healthy, balanced and undistorted 7th Chakra. Earth`s vibration increased yet again during the last week of January and accordingly the sky is alive right now with much transformative cosmic Light activity. Smartphones : With The Gift Comes The Curse

Well gee, no surprise last week to hear Australian media reporting that the top reason for GP visits in this country is now Depression and anxiety, replacing coughs, colds and back-pain as the most common reasons for people to consult their doctor. I`ve long wondered whether excessive smartphone usage would eventually tip people into a funk and lead to extensive malaise and poor mental and spiritual health. As the old adage goes, with the gift comes the curse and smartphones are probably no exception.

The central tenet of mindfulness and spiritual well-being is being present. Buddhists, Taoists, yogis, the ancient and indigenous cultures and all the great and wise spiritual teachers universally extol the benefits of staying present to the now moment. They emphasize that this simple practice of mindfulness – conscious awareness – underpins the robustness of our spiritual and mental health yet when I see people all around me buried in their tiny screens they seem anything but present.

Reflexively checking your smartphone is just more distraction and diversion. Each time you check your messages, your newsfeed, your Apps you are no longer in stillness, no longer in a space of neutrality and peacefulness, no longer in a state of BEING. The compulsion to pursue data (of any kind) keeps you absent from your immediate physical experience and leads to a sense of being ungrounded. Anything that actively separates you from the present moment could be described as an energy leak. Any activity, noise or mind-state that you unconsciously use as a buffer from existential angst represents a split away from the flow of the now moment and causes life-force energy or prana to seep out from the lower Chakras while mental over-stimulation can close or cloud the beautiful Third Eye Chakra.

Spiritual teacher and author Eckhart Tolle says the greatest addiction of mankind is the human mind and compulsive thinking. According to Tolle all humans are addicts to their unconscious, excessive, superfluous thinking which then defines their identity. It could well be argued that smartphones enable this addiction because data overload stimulates excessive thought activity so there is no ability and no space to access deeper moments.

I`ve heard it said that social media is to blame for the widespread angst in society today because it feeds the syndrome of Compare And Despair. Maybe that`s true but I can`t help feeling that it is the action of gazing intently into that little five inch screen that is way more damaging. Each time you peer into your smartphone you`re being pulled into a state of sensory contraction, contracting your field and closing you down because you are no longer available to the here and now. The Phone People (those constantly immersed in their screens especially while walking or when sitting in a restaurant or cafe) appear to be in a compressed state of consciousness and quite separate from the physical world. They seem to be in a state of lack because clearly the here and now is not enough for them. Ironically they seem detached, incomplete and somehow impoverished because they`re missing all the detail, the richness, the minutiae and all the creative potential of the real, material world in this very moment.

When you are present you`re able to access the frequencies of the Sixth Dimension and the magic of synchronicity and grace. You gain a sense of the strand of interconnectedness that links us all, and the matrix of connection and benevolent support of the Higher realms. When you are fully present and available to the here and now you`re able to deeply appreciate the perfection of this moment. Conversely, excessive smartphone usage is like a trapping mechanism that keeps the Phone People separate from Universal connective flow and the sense of spiritual connection.

It`s a healthy choice to limit your time on your smartphone. Seriously, do you really need to be that available, that connected? And does the prevalence of social media and the Apps represent real connection or is it all delusion? It feels to me like we’ve all been sold a great big digital illusion of faux-connection.

Take the smartphone challenge and leave the thing at home today. Can you do it? Can you leave home without your phone? Reclaim your time, assert your boundaries and feel the liberation.

Purging Density From Familial Timelines

In perfect sync with the Planetary New Year and the new spiral of Time and creation that began on 26th of July 2019, a recurring talking point in conversations with clients through August has been generational trauma. It`s no surprise that this theme of familial karmic burden is being highlighted at this time when you consider that 2019`s vibration resonates strongly with liberty and liberation from the past. Naturally and in divine timing this recent emphasis on ancestral healing comes hot on the heels of the June Solstice Stargate with its light and energy conveying the codes of sovereignty, self-actualization and empowerment.

After one lady`s Healing session last month I mentioned that there`d been significant clearing from her Base Chakra and I asked her whether she had any historical experience of physical trauma. She explained that her work involves producing artistic projects that are based in the trauma of her ancestors` experience of indentured slavery. In fact, the energetic frequency of our forebears` experience carries forward in the DNA of the bloodline and so we often hold ancestral patterns and beliefs that really don`t belong to us.

In this lady`s case, her creative expression requires her to lean fully into the traumatic experience lived by her ancestors, and as she moves into a visceral experience of the ancestral trauma there is a subtle transference of the echo of that trauma – it uploads from her DNA and energetically imprints into her Light-body including her Astral body and her Base Chakra, and it is this subtle imprint that I am clearing during her Healing session. Her Soul contract in this incarnation necessitates that she becomes vulnerable to that trauma, that she takes it on and embodies it for the purpose of purifying the bloodline. At the Solstice Gateway I was shown a phenomenal, translucent lavender presenting in pyramidic geometry. The beautiful lavender Light represents a vibrational plane that provides access to new awareness and higher thought forms. It is a wavelength that carries ancient wisdom to benefit us all as we co-create our lived reality in the New Earth, and to help us linearize and ground new knowing into practical application in our daily interactions.

The significance of colour is that it`s intrinsically a Universal language and a medium of communication because frequency is Light and Light (colour) is information. Colour is also a vehicle of Consciousness ; in the Higher dimensions and subtle realms colour is experienced as a fractal, multidimensional living field. These colour presentations trigger within our DNA a matching geometric formation that mirrors the frequency of these glorious colours. It is a unification of Light within us that purifies our subtle and physical bodies.

In affinity with the new harmonic and further amplifying the Love frequency, the Lavender hue symbolizes an expression of Love in our outward connections that is based squarely in our purified relationship with Self. Being a variation of purple, lavender feels spiritual and intuitive. According to Color Psychology lavender symbolizes kingship – most apt at this time when many are freeing themselves from outdated control structures and from the trauma and burdens of their past – and lavender is reminiscent of springtime and the vitality of new life and the vigour of youth, symbolizing the sense of “rebirth” many are currently experiencing as they slip the shackles of the past.

Lavender evokes both masculine and feminine qualities and to me it represents Unity of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects of Self. It`s no coincidence that the sacred union of the male/female aspects of Self into the Eye Of Horus trinity and Oneness is a process many are now undergoing. A colour associated with healing, tranquility, cleanliness and purity lavender encourages self-reflection and a meditative state. It is a colour associated with the elite and royalty but in the context of Healing lavender really stands for new-found freedom, personal sovereignty and self-realization.

The lavender presented as a luminous tetrahedron – the sacred geometry of the element of Fire, the element that corresponds to the Solar Plexus Chakra. Fire transforms by converting other objects into new forms ie heat and light ; fire brings change and purification and is the element of passion, creativity and drive. The multidimensional power of the Tetrahedron pyramid is its ability to channel the energy of the higher realms and the wisdom of the Cosmos down to the Earthly plane. Whichever way it is turned, each side of the Tetrahedron sits flat and is solidly connected to Earth, providing a strong foundation while the top point reaches upward into spaces of higher consciousness.

These elements of the pyramid symbolize the balance between stability and expansion – coincidentally both hallmarks of the new harmonic – and an optimal state of harmony between the physical and spiritual and within our own electromagnetic field. Anger is a revealer of truth because emotion doesn`t lie. Short-term, contained anger in my experience can be useful because anger compels – it galvanized me into action. Anger clarifies and refines, and it sharpened my focus. Anger helped me redraw my boundaries and define what I was no longer prepared to tolerate. Fact is, we are all being called toward our highest, most creative path and anything not aligned with that path will start to feel prickly and unpleasant.

Renaissance is June`s theme

June offers us a welcome breather and the upcoming Winter Solstice is a lovely time for meditation and contemplation, to go within and reflect as we honour the longest night of the year. Solstice marks the start of a new direction and for us here in the south a return to the Light ; the Solstice gateway reminds us that no matter how dark the night, the Light will always return. A period of adversity, personal crisis, fade and diminution is always the precursor of renewal, growth and expansion. None of us gets to enjoy the latter without first enduring the former.

I`ve been awed by the prioritization of the Throat Chakra during Healing sessions this month (May 2019) and naturally, the deep clearing work occurring in this energy center is in perfect alignment with the beautiful new harmonic we`re all now living in. The Throat Chakra governs our ability to make decisions ; we make all our choices from this energy center. Unsurprisingly, distortion and darkness in Throat Chakra energy expresses as a fixation with control and the compulsion to manipulate and direct people and events. While patterns and behaviours of high control actualize and are lived through the Throat center they originate in the Sacral Chakra. It is said that controlling people are highly-principled, impatient and that anger lies beneath their need for control but Healing modalities like Reiki and Reconnective Healing and the new, advanced, Starseeded Angelic and Diamond Healing frequencies set about dismantling the defensive conditioning and dissolving the internal discord of angst and vulnerability by releasing pain and discordant emotion from the Heart Chakra, clearing outdated beliefs and perceptions from the Third Eye and transmuting negativity imprinted on the Astral body.
