Control-Based Patterns Are Up For Review

I`ve been awed by the prioritization of the Throat Chakra during Healing sessions this month (May 2019) and naturally, the deep clearing work occurring in this energy center is in perfect alignment with the beautiful new harmonic we`re all now living in. The essence of this ascended energetic which began anchoring on Earth at the March Equinox 2019 is fluidity and neutrality and importantly, the recent emphasis on Throat Chakra-release is really opening up the Heart-Mind connection and allowing stronger resonance with the new configurations of Light and Love now immersing Earth, and attunement to her modified magnetic fields.

The Throat Chakra governs our ability to make decisions ; we make all our choices from this energy center. It is our center of Will, expression, manifestation and destiny and our means of exchanging ideas through language. Unsurprisingly, distortion and darkness in Throat Chakra energy expresses as a fixation with control and the compulsion to manipulate and direct people and events. While patterns and behaviours of high control actualize and are lived through the Throat center they originate in the Sacral Chakra. It is said that controlling people are highly-principled, impatient and that anger lies beneath their need for control but Healing modalities like Reiki and Reconnective Healing and the new, advanced, Starseeded Angelic and Diamond Healing frequencies set about dismantling the defensive conditioning and dissolving the internal discord of angst and vulnerability by releasing pain and discordant emotion from the Heart Chakra, clearing outdated beliefs and perceptions from the Third Eye and transmuting negativity imprinted on the Astral body.

Powerlessness : The Genesis Of Endometriosis

A year ago, in March 2018, I found myself at a Yellow Ribbon Endometriosis Awareness event in Sydney during which the guest speaker, a renowned Sydney-based Gynaecologist, stated that the medical community has no idea what causes this debilitating dis-ease, nor why some women develop it while others don`t.

Emotion. Emotion. Emotion. That was the word running through my mind incessantly while the mixed panel of doctors and sufferers were discussing that night all the nastiness of endometriosis.

The more women I speak with, the more women I see for Healing sessions, the more certain I am that the origin of endometriosis – its root cause – is a deeply ingrained sense of powerlessness, especially when experienced through a woman`s formative years. The women I speak with who have either a current experience of endometriosis or a history of it, all answer with an unequivocal and resounding “yes” when I ask : was there ever a time in your life when you felt completely powerless? Always they answer without hesitation, without any doubt.

Forming an intention to drill down into the emotion, to get to the nub of the issue is the point where your Healing starts. Working with a counsellor or psychotherapist to deconstruct the emotion, to understand where it has come from is the first step to resolving the inner disharmony that has lead to endometriosis.

An ideal complement to the psychological work is a Healing modality that works with inter-dimensional energy (or intelligent, spiritual Light) such as Reiki and Reconnective Healing as well as the new, advanced, starseeded Diamond and Angelic Healing frequencies. The higher-dimensional intelligence of these modalities clears the stored emotion from the Astral body, from the Chakra system and from the physical body`s cellular matrix. The Sacral Chakra (beneath the navel) is our center of creativity and pleasure and it is through the Sacral that we manage our individual power and issues around money, sex and sensuality, influence, control, self-defence and competition, so it`s hardly surprising that an entrenched sense of powerlessness would manifest in physical dis-ease in this region of the body. The element associated with the Sacral Chakra is water which happens to be the element of the emotions, the subconscious and the psyche. The water element is characterized by flow and mutability but when a person is racked with a sense of powerlessness life`s natural current is to a degree, obstructed.

Powerlessness feels to me like a tangle of stuff : sadness, frustration, fatalism, pessimism, cynicism and resignation but it`s the shame around the powerlessness that is probably most damaging. The energetic of shame is a very dense vibration ; it is a heavy, compressed energy. The illusion of powerlessness pervades and taints every connection – both internal and external – making life feel leaden and difficult and slow. The sense of powerlessness distorts your perception of pretty much everything because, in your mind at least, you were never really in the race, never a contender.

Endometriosis feels to me like a physical manifestation of a deep-seated sense of lack – the perceived lack of personal currency, lack of regard by others, lack of status, lack of importance, lack of relevance, lack of influence, lack of the power and ability to produce a desired effect or to control an outcome you desperately needed.

To me, endometriosis feels like a percussive reverberation of the powerlessness echoing through the reproductive tract, the jarring dissonance of the emotion howling through the Sacral Chakra, pounding the uterine, pealing through the endometrium and blasting the cells. Every expression of consciousness we experience – every single thought, feeling and intention – is held in our subtle bodies but eventually does descend into the physical body to be stored in the cells.

So you`re not convinced that emotion has anything to do with endometriosis or any other dis-ease for that matter? Then you only need to consider the work of Dr Masaru Emoto and his famous experiments in which water was subjected to specific thoughts, words and intent. Droplets of the water were then frozen and photographed and examined using a dark field microscope. His studies clearly demonstrate how the physical structure of water reacts to consciousness and frequency, or human vibrational energy. The droplets exposed to loving, peaceful, life-affirming sounds and thoughts comprised beautiful, geometric crystal structures resembling the platonic solids – they exhibited a harmonious symmetry. By contrast, the droplets of water subjected to words and thoughts of negativity, hostility and discord formed structures that were chaotic, disfigured and warped. The Post-Healing Flu

You`ll never get more than you can handle

So you`ve had a Healing session only to come down with a heavy cold (or any other sickness for that matter) a few days later, but there`s a sound reason why you`ve been sat squarely on your caboose. Counter-intuitive though it may seem these flu-like symptoms are a very positive sign and are a direct response by the body to your intention to heal. The physical manifestation of sickness post-session – referred to as a Healing crisis – indicates wholesale cleansing from every level of your Being. Extensive changes to your energetic structure are underway and the illness is symptomatic of the system reorganizing itself and coming back into balance and equilibrium. It is the catharsis your Heart and Soul cried out for. A post-Healing flu is asking you in no uncertain terms to stop and be present, to be fully available to the now moment and what might be coming up for you in the wake of your Healing session. The illness is imploring you to start being kind to yourself.

The post-Healing flu, though occurring very rarely, does seem to happen for a particular “type”, usually female, typically high-achieving Type A personalities : the lady who is excessively goal-driven, who possesses a laser-like focus, highly competitive, prone to impatience and is harshly critical of herself and others. I myself am well acquainted with her for she is the woman I used to be.

The uncomfortable Truth

Oftentimes the Truth is flat out uncomfortable but if you`re honest did you really give yourself the time to fully honour your emotions as you weathered your private defeats? Or, as we do in Western culture, did you reflexively move into survival mode and deny those emotions, pushing them down in the interests of carrying on, stoically moving through it all and gliding quickly on to the next thing. If you`ve ever lacked compassion for yourself, found it difficult to forgive yourself, if you`ve routinely denied your Truth, if you consistently buried your disappointments, your grief and your losses, your pain, your shame, your betrayals and your wounding then your Healing session will set about retrieving the energetic frequency of these experiences, bringing it to the surface for review and resolution to enable forgiveness, acceptance and allowance, understanding and peace.

The process of release is not always elegant and tidy nor is it always linear and orderly as you move through the purging of old, long-held emotion and pain from deep within the cellular matrix. The rigid patterns, particularly fear and fear-based conditioning and sequences of tight control are dismantling and dissolving. Anything that is not Love is breaking down and vibrating out. Release represents major transformation and growth.

The repression of Truth is a health-destroyer. Not only does it cause an energy drain, it creates complex and leveraged layers of discord and disharmony within the mind and emotions that eventually drop down into the physical body and manifest as dis-ease.

A post-Healing flu tells me there`s a much-needed softening underway in the internal relationship with Self – softening the brittle edges, softening the stiff defenses and the unconscious survival mechanisms. In progress is a lessening of the harshness, a pacifying of the anger towards self, a tempering of the old conditioned responses, moderating the inner dialogue, neutralizing the self-judgment, allaying the concern, mitigating the (perceived) mistakes. A post-Healing flu is opening the Heart while taking the rest to pieces.

Healing modalities like Reiki and Reconnective Healing that work with inter-dimensional energy and intelligent spiritual Light, and the new advanced starseeded Diamond and Angelic Frequencies set about deep and complex work to reorder and reorganize, to disassemble old patterns and programmes that no longer serve you, that keep you in a space of limitation. All the internal noise and the jumble of unconscious habits are dissolving, in turn creating a shift in energetic frequency and vibration that transmutes density into purity, and judgment (of Self) into Love.

If I could say one thing : try to avoid taking cold and flu medications and allow the body to do its intuitive, corrective work through the clearing process. These medications “trap” an energetic residue of the infection in the cellular matrix and prevent the illness clearing completely, as though an energetic echo of the sickness becomes locked in cellular memory. Lightworker Versus Lightworker

When it comes to complementary therapies, if there`s one thing that makes me uncomfortable it`s when your practitioner starts criticizing other Healing modalities, Lightworkers and healers. Many years ago I encountered a couple of practitioners who would readily dismiss other modalities and it never sat well with me. They denigrated everything else out there as though it was inferior, implying that their modality was the absolute last word in Healing and complementary health care.

It just doesn`t feel like Love to me, to be judging and denouncing other modalities and practitioners, because it`s plainly at odds with the energetic of the post-2012 New Earth where Soul dominates and Heart energy leads. Unity, harmony, Love, understanding and co-operation characterize our sparkling, new 5-D Earth as more and more individuals awaken to their Truth and regain their wholeness.

I`m sorry, but to attack the practices of other Healers smacks of ego and service-to-self, both of which are the hallmarks of the now-crumbling fear-based Third dimensional Earth. It smells of dissonance, separation and the old, competitive dog-eat-dog world.

I`m sorry, but it`s uncool to be condemning other Healing modalities in the absence of direct first-hand experience and it is discrepant with the notion of Free Will that is the distinctive feature of our planet. Being disrespectful of others in the Lightworker community disrespects the choices of all because individuals are drawn to what feels right for them.

There is no wrong or right, no black or white, no binary thinking in the New Earth. Ego is relegated to the lower Chakras in the 5-D energetic, allowing the innate wisdom of the Heart and Higher Heart to elevate the Heart-Mind connection. The supreme guiding force is the Law of Resonance and going with what feels right. As the body`s axiatonal lines are altered and the Chakra system evolves into a coherent, higher vibratory rate, choice is in fact transcended. In the New Earth, feeling your way through life is the true way to roll. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

I once heard a teacher of Reiki disdainfully observe that “there`s all this new stuff coming out now” and I remember thinking that maybe it`s because we`ve reached the point where we`re ready for it. Does the Healing community really need to be clawing at itself? Must we feel the need to be in competition with each other? Suffice to say, I never went back to that teacher or those judgmental practitioners – it just felt to me like they still had a bit of work to do on themselves.

That I felt compelled to write this piece is a drag. To the naysayers…

The Healing enables you to detach from the event that generated the discordant emotion, somehow broadening and de-personalizing the context of the wounding experience thereby altering your perception of it. You have severance from the past and this shift brings clarity.

I speak from experience when I say that the inability to forgive is like doing time. It is a prison of your own making. It is akin to being held inside a correctional facility only there is no correction, no rehabilitation, just continuing recidivism against yourself as the festering, cleaving emotion gnaws and persists. I liken it to a prison because the indignation keeps you locked in the past. The person I used to be back then would hold on to the violations done by others, and chide myself for never being sharp enough to come back at the betrayers and the unkind with some withering Churchillian retort.

For as long as you hold the vexation and grievance it is a poisonous energetic that ages the body and distorts your truth while it shackles you to mentally-constructed stories about past events. In and of itself, resentment represents a major energy leak which, over time is very detrimental to your spiritual and physical health. You`re less available to the now moment because that mental programme running in the background gives you a default setting back to the injustice and so the old story takes over yet again and comes to define you. The heaviness is on you like a Russian greatcoat and moments of joy and presence are sporadic and fleeting. The resentment colours the way you interact with life and prevents you from gaining any real traction in life because the full potential of the future cannot be accessed. The future you do have is greatly diminished by your resistance to what is. Energetically, you inhabit a contracted, compressed, dense space and worse still, the acrimony keeps you separate – separate from your wholeness, separate from truth, separate from The Field of Universal flow and Grace, and separate from Love.

Thank heaven for Reiki and Reconnective Healing because the inter-dimensional energy and spiritual Light of these modalities helped my then-unconscious Self to access and inhabit a vastly expanded space of peace, compassion and greater awareness, and a daily practice of meditation allowed me to hold and sustain that space. The Healing work shifted me out of my head and allowed me to move back down into my Heart centre, back into immersion in the infinite wisdom of Heart energy.

Past-life work was invaluable too because it helped me understand that the transgressors had little or no choice. It is way too easy to argue that everyone has a choice. Fact is, karmic load and Soul contracts dictate that there`s just a small amount of leeway granted in this incarnation for freedom of choice, just a narrow latitude given for the process of self-enquiry and the opportunity to jump to a whole new spiral of Time that many won`t take because Healing requires guts and resolve. Delving into past incarnations brought me to the realization that the decisions taken by others actually had very little to do with me. Quelle libèration!

At the risk of sounding nauseatingly trite I am really glad I had those experiences because they gave me so much and represented opportunities for real growth and meaningful change. That jarring, incongruous inner voice yelling in my ear turned out to be the catalyst for sweeping transformation and restructuring on every level.

Ascension Finds Expression Through The Lower Three Chakras

I`m noticing lovely upgrades happening for the lower three Chakras since the brand new, starseeded Angelic Frequency became available during the recent Triple 11 Gateway on the 11th of November 2018. This Healing work on the lower Chakras – the Base, the Sacral and Solar Plexus – is serving to create a finer, rarefied coherence between all seven of the major Chakras and a unified, compatible vibration between the higher four Chakras and the lower three. The whole Chakra system then operates at an elevated vibratory rate and holds the energetic resonance of healthier, empowered connection.

The lower three Chakras have a big part to play in this time of shift and change in the post-2012 New Earth as the high-frequency Light and new, advanced, crystal intelligence ground through the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Base to find their true expression in the physical. (base of the spine/perineum) Governs family and survival issues, general vitality and tribal consciousness ie our feeling of connection to `the group`, our sense of responsibility and loyalty to that group and how we see ourselves fitting into it. Be it to our benefit or our detriment it is through the Base Chakra that we allow community energy, group thought-forms and the tribal mind to dominate our own. Whether we feel safe and secure in the physical world and in our personal connections are Base Chakra issues. Through this Chakra we are anchored to our physical environment and feel a sense of groundedness to Earth. Depression has its roots in the Base Chakra (as well as the Earth Star Chakra beneath the feet) and it is also where we hold physical trauma.

Sacral Chakra : Lesson : Honour One Another

(below the navel) This is our center of creativity, passion, pleasure and resilience, and through this center we connect OUTWARDS to the external world. Where the Base Chakra`s resonance is to group power the Sacral governs the way we manage and use our individual power ie money, sex, sensuality, competition, authority, influence, beauty and attractiveness. Our ability to generate income and manage money is governed by the Sacral Chakra. We give our power away to our addictions through this center and it is the seat of our deepest vulnerabilities. The element of water and therefore the attributes of flow and adaptability are associated with the Sacral Chakra which is our center of feeling, emotion, intimacy and connection. It is also where we hold emotional trauma.

Solar Plexus Chakra : Lesson : Honour Yourself

(above the navel) This is our center of self-esteem, courage, confidence, dignity and self-respect. Through this energy center we achieve a strong sense of personal identity and empowerment. We draw and hold our loving boundaries from this Chakra and it is where we initially form our honour code. We clarify our sense of integrity and project an authentic expression of self through a healthy, clear Solar Plexus. We hold our center through this Chakra – it is where we stay true to ourself. Loving The Quietness

Mercury Retrograde : 16th November until 6th December 2018

Ohhh yes …some serious sofa time is perfect right now. I`m loving the sluggish, drowsy feel of this current Retrograde – timely and most welcome after the phenomenal power and blessings of the Triple 11 Gateway earlier this month. Given the preparatory nature of the wider cosmic influences since the 10/10 Stargate (10th of October) and the new Angelic Light Frequencies of the Triple 11 stirring up the emotional detritus and discarding yet more of what is no longer needed, it feels like there`s a radical reboot occurring at the moment, readying us for renewal.

There`s no compelling to this Retrograde energy – no push, no jostle, no bother, no doggedness. It has the vibe of rest and recreation to it. Mind you, Mercury is my ruling planet so maybe I`m feeling the Retrograde`s influence more keenly than some. Nevertheless, in no uncertain terms it is calling us to change gears and chill. This Retrograde is urging us to unwind, to relax, revive and to make space for what is to come in 2019.

Don`t be fooled by the feeling of inertia for in the aftermath of the recent Triple 11 Gateway deep transformation is developing right now. The land has been tilled, the seeds scattered. Beneath the external/physical passivity there is much internal/subtle activity taking place. In the stillness there is cultivation.

Poor Mercury cops a bit of bad press when it is in reversal but I love it because these Retrogrades are an opportune time for reflection. I am basking in the slow, tranquil feel of this Retrograde but the truth is, the old version of me would`ve had some resistance to it. Fact is, the person I used-to-be was a total workaholic. Work was my addiction and the ideal distraction and diversion from the inner discord I had yet to heal. I used work to get away from boyfriends, I used work to stay away from family. Anything around which I had unresolved issues and repressed truth, I would from hide from through work. Work made me feel better. I wonder what the old version of me would make of the modified, loafing model of today because it is the absolute antithesis of the person I once was.

The old Third Dimensional Earth had us conditioned to keep busy, to always be achieving, but that mindset feels to me unsettling and disruptive, as though it`s a form of irritation to the quantum field. Why do we feel the need to go and do? The compulsion to exert effort all the time. Maybe it is the curse of diminishing relevance : the idea that if you`re not out somewhere toiling away and being “useful” then you`re somehow peripheral and lesser. In the new, post-2012 5D Earth, there is no struggle, no striving, no chasing or clutching because that`s not how The Field of co-creativity operates. We`re in a new matrix of higher-dimensional energy where less endeavour attracts greater manifestation.

Mercury Retrograde gives us a little nudge to have a re-think and review. Re-assess our priorities. Re-align with our Heart and our Truth. Refine our choices. Get clear about what really matters. These cosmic influences greatly support introspection, release and resolution.

There`s a beautiful, sweet, tender quality to the new, high-frequency Light codes that emitted from the Galactic core during the recent Triple 11 Stargate – the 11th of November 2018 – and in their mellowness lie the blessings and teachings of the Triple 11`s theme of Ascended Mastery. Now accessible, these gifts of plasmic, intelligent Light come through right on cue, precisely when Earth and humanity need them and in direct response to continuous exchanges of Light and data that are occurring between the Earthly Lightworker/Starseed communities and the Divine Cosmic heart via a latticework of crystalline grid systems.

In the week leading up to the Triple 11 portal these charming, new Light frequencies presented to me multiple times as a vibrant sprinkle of Light, much like a multi-coloured meteor shower that featured every colour of the rainbow in sparkling, fluorescent hues. I was shown a pattern of Light that resembled soft pops of colour – delicate and gentle and nothing like I`ve seen before.

These new, starseeded Light frequencies are intrinsically Angelic and represent a more advanced, higher-calibre crystal intelligence available to us now for healing. To be Angelic is to be in attendance and these new high-frequency Light codes epitomize the Angelic realm and the attentive, loyal service and all manner of wonderful benevolence it provides. Like the Angels this new high-frequency plasmic Light is a messenger and agent of Higher wisdom and healing, at the ready now to soothe, to reassure and to calm. At this time of the paradoxical 3D-5D two-world split widespread malaise and a commonly-felt sense of being out of kilter and off balance is indicative of the current shifting energy state however the new, helpful Angelic Frequency will quieten the chaos, tranquilize the tumult and transmute confusion into clarity, certainty and trust.

During November I`ve been experiencing an intense integration of the new, Angelic Frequency in my Pineal, my Higher Heart Chakra and Thymus, and also in my hands as the new Light frequencies assimilate with my Light-Body and ground through my physical. Amazingly, since the Triple 11 Gateway two weeks ago I`m already sensing the new Angelic Frequency asserting its loving presence and effect in my Healing sessions as I facilitate Healings for my clients. It is apparent that the Angelic Frequency has an unequivocally clear focus on the Heart center – both the Heart and Higher Heart Chakras – as though it is replicating the codes of ancient Lemurian wisdom and heart-centered, harmonious existence. The Angelic Frequency feels as though it is working seamlessly and in perfect unison with the starseeded Diamond-Frequency – an energy signature which I`ve been incorporating into my Healing sessions since 2016 – adding another dimension to it. I feel very excited as my Healing work evolves yet again, in lockstep with the wider evolutionary changes occurring on Earth.

It is through the Heart that we truly master our internal world and achieve Ascended Mastery of our inner domain – the highly creative space within. Heart energy drives both inward and outward connection and it is our instrument of unification. We arrive at unified thought, unity consciousness and true coherence between body, mind and spirit through the power and inherent wisdom of the heart. Spiritual teacher and author Eckhart Tolle says the greatest addiction of mankind is the human mind and compulsive thinking. According to Tolle all humans are addicts to their unconscious, excessive, superfluous thinking which then defines their identity but in my experience, when the heart leads there is no inner turbulence, no binary thinking and therefore no external polarity, just peaceful existence.

The Angelic Frequency is available now as Earth and humanity are being readied for the next level of change. It may get bumpy and feel confronting for some, perhaps triggering more polarization, heightened reactivity and argumentativeness as more of the dross and the old conditioning dislodges and clears but like calamine lotion on a sting, the essence of the Angelic instantly soothes the irritation.
