Levelling Up in 2022 : Meditate In The Sphere

A wave of sizzling electrical energy blazed through the earthly plane last Tuesday, the 11th of January, sweeping through our Light-Bodies and charging up the adjustments and upgrades that we received in late 2021. Those modifications have now fully integrated through every level of your Being and consciousness and are beginning to have unbridled expression and practical application in your lived experience. Off the back of November/December’s intense and busy skies the current Mercury Retrograde (beginning 13th of January) is most welcome, nudging us all to slow right down and reassess pretty much every aspect of our lives.

Since the dawning of the December 2021 Solstice portal (three days in duration) repeating visions of the sphere have been coming through, presenting in different colours. Referencing sacred geometry’s association with the elements, the perfection of the sphere represents the infinite and limitless nature of consciousness, symbolizing that which has no beginning and no end. The sphere is associated with the Crown chakra and it holds the vibration of oneness and unity, ultimate wholeness and completion. The sphere represents the optimal state of balance that is achieved when the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements of Self are in divine and total coherence.

Simple yet foundational, the spherical form can be seen everywhere in the natural world and each of the five platonic solids (the basis of all structure and the building blocks of all life) fits perfectly within the sphere.

Visualise pale blue light cascading down from the Cosmic Heart, washing through your Higher chakras and forming a sphere in your Throat chakra. Turquoise attunes the physical to the spiritual and promotes spiritual awakening, uniting the celestial and the earthly, unifying the Sacred Masculine and the Divine Feminine.

It’s worth noting that colour represents a vibrational plane that provides access to ancient wisdom and higher consciousness, and your electromagnetic field responds to this higher-dimensional Light. Third Eye Upgrades and Greater Universal Service in the Age Of Aquarius

At Equinox the Earth’s terminator line – the demarcation between day and night – becomes atypically vertical as it connects the north and south poles.

With more individuals actively healing historical wounding, trauma and violations (and clearing generational density and karmic load from their bloodline) the ascension of consciousness on our planet gathers pace. Leading up to this month`s Equinox a transmission of vibrant, intense indigo light came through, presenting as a sphere (representing the Third Eye Ajna Chakra and the infinite nature of consciousness). The broader vision (or download of intelligent Light from the Cosmic Heart) instructively showed how the frequency of Universal love in its highest vibration (expressing as harmony, compassion, kindness, cooperation) facilitates greater communion with pure cosmic energy – an energy that is alchemical and transmutational and which initiates freedom and liberation from all limitation including old beliefs and outdated perceptions. Plug into Pleiadean energy and feel the love

In many instances the transmissions of coloured Light (messages) that come through present as a grid formation : this symbolizes the empowering and uplifting crystalline network of subtle connection available to each awakening individual. Unsurprisingly, Pleiadean consciousness expressed in this patterning – a latticework of benevolent and intelligent energy that increases our capacity for purer, more compassionate association and connectedness. With the Aquarian Age now upon us and conventionality, authority and long-established structure being questioned the Pleiadean frequency promotes fluidity, peaceful neutrality and dissolution of the judgmental binary polarized mind.

What I especially notice about the Pleiadean presence is that my Crown Chakra gets active when they are near and you`ll likely feel healing and expansion (ie clearing and restructuring) occurring in your Crown center once you`ve moved into communion.

The curious monolith installations turning up at various locations around the globe feels like a harbinger of the revolutionary astrological and cosmic energies that are showing up this month and on into 2021. Appearing in Utah, Romania, California and the Isle of Wight (so far) these structures have certainly been capturing our imagination but I love the monolith for what it represents : a structure that is solid and stable, self-contained and sovereign while extending up and stretching skyward at the same time, expanding beyond all limitation. To me the monolith is a perfect symbol of the rising consciousness of humanity and the ascension of Earth.

Undoubtedly the appearance of the monoliths has stimulated our imagination, encouraging expansive, speculative thought and inquiry, but equally they reflect the rigidity of unyielding and binary thinking.

Given the contemporary resurgence of ancient energy on Earth there feels to be some Atlantean influence exerting itself on and inspiring the artistic collaboration that birthed these installations. Atlantean being very much resonates with self-determination and kingliness : natural leaders who lead by example Atlanteans were autonomous and bowed to no one. The frequency and consciousness of Atlantis is germane to this time of Awakening for the Atlanteans were curious, enjoyed a broad intellect and were capable of tremendous innovation – they were self-reliant, analytical and great problem-solvers.

Another factor likely in play is the transformative astrology in our skies this month. Saturn (representing foundations and structure, constraints and conformity) and Jupiter (growth and expansion, healing, knowledge and awareness) both enter Aquarius (the sign of humanitarian ideals, social progress, innovation, revolution and freedom) within days of each other and the two planets join up on the day of the Solstice – 21st of December. Astrologers are abuzz because this event is huge and when Saturn and Jupiter are conjunct every 20 years society undergoes significant change.

Meditate in the monolith

Leading into last weekend`s 12:12 Energy Gateway (12th of December) with its gifts of gentleness, unconditional Love and Higher Heart activation a transmission of starseeded photonic Light came through which, to my amazement replicated the monolithic form. If the following suggestion resonates with you try introducing the Light of the 12:12 into your meditation, kinaesthetically feeling the colours blend with your Light-Body :

Visualise yourself standing within a monolithic frame of intense violet Light : this is pure cosmic energy. Violet supports and deepens your spiritual practice as it expands awareness and raises consciousness. This spiritual colour represents wisdom, inspiration, divine transmutation, liberation and freedom. Violet unifies polarities and it merges the physical with the metaphysical.

Secondly, visualise the violet monolith enveloped in vibrant magenta pink Light. Representing Universal love at its highest vibration magenta is the colour of harmony : it promotes compassion, kindness and cooperation while fostering acceptance, tolerance, support and patience. This colour initiates co-creational change and transformation.

Each successive transmission of starseeded Light is set up by the wave preceding it and so the Light of the 12:12 portal flows sequentially on from last month`s 11:11 Gateway (11th of November) – the pale blue light resonant with the Throat Chakra where the journey into spiritual awakening begins. The pale blue Light of the 11:11 nurtures awareness of the subtle realms and access to higher thought forms for it is a colour that encourages notional, conceptual, abstract thought.

An Upsurge In Heart Energy

The resurgence of ancient consciousness on our planet is gathering pace. The disruption and wide-scale shake-out caused by the covid event has had the benefit of bringing many back into alignment with starseeded wisdom and the remembrance of Higher truths. The shift towards a simpler path and a more spiritual existence has quickened this year for we are in the process of going right back to the beginning, with more of us now seeking esoteric information to re-establish kinaesthetic connection with the celestial.

In previous articles I have talked about the (re)activation of Atlantean aspects being germane to this time but equally relevant now is Lemurian consciousness and the qualities that characterized Lemurian Being. Lemuria was an ancient civilisation that predated Atlantis and which existed where Hawaii is today. Lemurians exemplified the Divine Feminine principle : they were peaceful, highly intuitive, cooperative and benevolent – they lived a Heart-oriented existence and they co-existed harmoniously. Importantly, they had the ability to project themselves through different dimensions by altering their frequency and the Light in their bodies. Lemurian Being and awareness expresses itself in deep compassion and understanding, patience and kindness.

Heart recalibration : replicating the codes of Lemurian wisdom

The covid event has brought much grief, loss and despair however, counter-intuitive as it may sound these experiences often trigger activation of the Heart Chakra and reawakening of Heart energy. Those who`ve been walking the spiritual path for some time are likely to undergo further expansion of the Heart center in the coming weeks/months and Spirit graced me with this process last week. I experienced an intense physical sensation of pressure in my Heart Chakra, Higher Heart and physical Heart and spreading up to my collar bones. These symptoms were a clear indication that extension and growth were occurring and I had the sense that the electromagnetic field of the Heart center was being amplified and adjusted up to a new frequency. This modification will serve to strengthen the connection and interaction between the Heart and the Higher Self creating greater liaison and understanding between the two. The intuitive Heart-Mind connection strengthens once the Heart opens, in turn heightening awareness of your own creative essence and divinity.

This process will move you into an elevated state of higher consciousness that is accessed and lived as first-hand actual experience because it facilitates a greater flow of Light and information between your physical and subtle bodies, especially the etheric body which surrounds the physical vessel. This progression creates more coherence between the subtle and the physical : it allows more of your Soul essence to migrate through to the physical vessel and an increased amount of crystalline Light into your physical being. The physical body is then able to replicate the etheric layer that surrounds it. What has laid the groundwork for this lovely unified coherence between the bodies is the reconfiguration in the lower Chakras because that restructuring created union between the mind and the emotions.

Beautifully, this exalted recalibration of Heart energy is, via the altered electromagnetics of the Light-Body, feeding information into and benefitting not only the latticework of crystalline grids that traverse Earth – in turn accelerating the healing occurring on this planet – but also the galactic grid systems. Heart energy is driving the evolution of consciousness on our planet because Heart energy animates and informs the nature and quality of your daily lived experience. The custodian of wisdom that is limitless and infinite the Heart is the curator of deep knowing and trust because the power of forgiveness and release resides there. The Heart center presides over the process of Healing because all transfiguration and liberation begins within it.

(Note : according to Kryon the Pleiadeans came to Earth and seeded these changes around 200,000 years ago. They altered our DNA, sped up our evolution and brought in information that was spiritual, all by virtue of the fact that they had already undergone the evolution of consciousness throughout the Pleiades cluster. And it was during the age of Lemuria that the Pleiadeans came. So, what is taking place on our planet now is being observed with great interest by our Star families for our evolution is generating consequential change throughout the cosmos)

Those walking the path of spirituality, awakening and ascension are being guided toward much greater creational responsibility for we are creating at the Universal level of 8th Dimensional Solar consciousness but this comes with an obligation to maintain the purest intent.

Purification – Universal Love and Harmony – Freedom

As always there`s an abundance of support on offer to us from the divine Cosmic Heart and our Star families. In the lead-up to this weekend`s 10:10 portal (the 10th of October) several downloads of colourful Light presentations came through, bringing healing at this time when retrograde planetary influences are encouraging across-the-board re-evaluation and an all-embracing reassessment of every area of our lives.

If the following resonates and feels like a good fit you might like to introduce these colours into your meditation and spiritual practice, working with them however you feel guided to :

firstly, bring in vivid white Light. I was shown a cool blue-white, like fresh snow under bright moonlight, presenting as a shaft in an upward trajectory. White represents illumination and knowledge, purity and cleanliness, completion and wholeness, consciousness and spiritual enlightenment. White is associated with the divine.

Then bring in magenta pink, representing universal love at its highest vibration. Magenta is the colour of harmony : it promotes compassion, kindness and cooperation while fostering acceptance, tolerance, support and patience. This colour initiates co-creational change and transformation. The magenta also presented as a shaft of light in an upward trajectory.

Follow this up with vibrant violet light : this is pure cosmic energy. The highest vibration in the visible colour spectrum violet supports meditation, expands awareness and raises consciousness. It represents wisdom, inspiration, divine transmutation, liberation and freedom while unifying the physical and the spiritual.

Finally and most importantly come back to the magenta, visualizing a thick layer of this colour surrounding your physical body, effectively infusing your etheric body with the healing magenta.
